How do I make a return or get a replacement and how long does it take?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return one or more items, within 14 days after your receipt. If you have changed your mind about an item or intend to replace it with a different one (if available in stock), you can bear the cost of the return and then place another order.
For reasons of hygiene, no returns are accepted after the plastic seal of the packaging has been broken. To return merchandise with the original plastic sealing intact, use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order. If this is not possible, use an equally safe protective box. In the event of a faulty or defective product, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund.
Please contact our Customer Service Department by writing to customercare@kc-wearables.com within 14 days of the date of delivery of your order. We will ask one of our couriers to pick up the item and give you all the information.

How do I get a refund?
When you return one or more products with the original plastic seal intact, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping costs to our warehouse. Kc Wearable Technologies Srl shall bear all shipping costs only in the event of a defective or deformed product. The refund will be issued by crediting the payment method used for making the purchase. We will refund you once arrival of the package at our warehouse has been confirmed.
